Quality Control Process Raising Us Above other Auto Tools
Manufacturers
The flowchart below details the quality control process we follow for manufacturing
your automotive tools. This QC strategy distinguishes us from other auto
tool manufacturers in Taiwan and China:

1.

|
We receive inquiry
from e-mail, fax, phone call, & other access. We will record
the customer company title, contact person, contact methods,
inquiry information, etc.

2.
|
According to your inquiries, we
use our data mining to search match makers. We will discuss
with potential makers and select 3 makers to compare the product
quality and price.
|

3.
|
For OEM customers, we prefer to
receive product print from our customers. If the customer cannot
provide print, we will ask our customer to send us a sample,
and we make print. The print will be faxed or e-mailed to the
customers for approval. If the print isn’t good enough
to match requirement, we will redraw the print again, until
we receive the customers’ confirm. Once we receive confirmation,
we will forward the print to the chosen maker. |

After we receive the sample, we
will check the quality, dimension, & requests according
to customers’ requirement. If we confirm the sample, we
will send the sample for customers’ approval. We will keep
adjusting the product until our customer confirm. And then forward
the sample and information to our maker. |

5.

During the production, our quality
control (QC) department will regularly check with the maker
and follow up their process. |
|
6.
|
After the production finish, the QC department will do final
check before the products are shipped out. We will have a detail
list of requirement and dimension of this item. For the list
of the requirement and how we check the item, please kindly
refer to the part 2 & 3. |

7.

If there is no further concern or problem, we will ship the
product to our customer and inform them by SHIPPING INVOICE. |
