We basically require tool orders totaling at least USD10,000.

Do you have any quality standard?

Yes, we have been approved for ISO9001 (see our certificate here). This certificate is in recognition of our quality management system. It approves of our quality business process which help us maintain and enhance our services for product quality.

How do you check and test merchandise (or What do your QC staff do?)

We have a number of veteran quality-control (QC) experts who frequently visit our manufacturers to carefully check and test your merchandise. After you place your tool order, the QC team carefully monitors and controls your merchandise for quality from the beginning of production to its shipping day.

What languages can you communicate in?

Being a trustworthy and experienced international exporter, speaking and understanding English is very essential, and so we are very capable to communicate with you in English. We also have a native Japanese person on our staff and because we are based in Taiwan we naturally speak Chinese.

Can I visit your company and see your cooperated manufactures?

Yes, you are very welcome! Please come and see our extensive range of automotive tools and accessories in our show room. Many of our clients visit us for business meetings and such.

We use either L/C (Letter of Credit) or T/T (Wire Transfer) at sight. Please be informed that we can consider other payment methods according to your credibility.

How about your lead-time on my requested merchandise?

Depending upon the type and complexity of your OEM tool order, our lead-time is generally between 30~40 days from receiving your order confirmation.
