Instructions:

IAC Signal Tester:

• Use tester for checking the electronic control module signal that provides direction to the idle air-control motor on GM vehicles with throttle body or port fuel injection systems.

• GM-1987 is for GM No. 700 TBI and PFI fuel injection systems

• GM-1982 is for 1982 through 1991 GM TBI and PFI fuel injection systems

Noid Lites:

1. Disconnect electrical harness from injector.

2. Plug noid lite into harness and turn engine on.

3. If noid lite flashes, it means that the problem is in injector or fuel system rather than electrical malfunation.

4. If the noid lite doesn't flash, it means the problem is in electrical system.
